The house has balconies that provide excellent ventilation and a stunning view of the valley where the sun sets. You can admire the landscape and feel the fresh breeze of nature.
The house offers four air-conditioned suites, three of which are indoors and one is outdoors, facing the pool. In addition, there is an annex on the upper floor with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with double or single beds.
The TV room has a large sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The living room, facing the pool, has a sofa bed, an armchair and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing, reading, playing games or chatting with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals. The house also has a service area with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, ensuring convenience during your stay. Pool and Barbecue: Cool off in the pool and enjoy a barbecue with friends and family in a pleasant leisure area. With a table and chairs facing the pool, it is the perfect place for breakfast or afternoon tea.
ATTENTION: The bathtub in the superior suite is disabled and cannot be used.
Access to the space is exclusive to guests, except for the outdoor area, where pool maintenance and cleaning will be carried out.
The garage can accommodate three small cars or two large cars.

The Village III neighborhood offers excellent access via three main roads: the ring road, BR 367 and Rua do Telégrafo, helping to avoid traffic jams during peak season. To get to the house, simply follow BR 375 or the ring road to Rua do Telégrafo. Public transport is just a few meters away, making your journeys easier, and the airport is only 9 km away.
