A casa é muito bonita, aconchegante e bom gosto. Necessita alguns reparos de manutenção. Ex. revisar boxes de banheiro e travas de janelas e portas, lâmpadas que não acendem. Mas no geral foi muito bom. Observação: Alugaria novamente este mesmo imóvel na próxima visita com certeza.
