With 4 bedrooms, 3 suites, 1 semi-suite and all rooms with a balcony, the house accommodates families and groups of friends with all comfort. The leisure area has a swimming pool with waterfall, barbecue and a hammock for moments of relaxation. The living and dining room, with views of the ocean, guarantee a memorable experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including laundry room with washing machine. Two suites offer home office desks, perfect for those who need to work remotely. The Village II neighborhood offers easy access to the Axé Moi, Toa Toa and Beach area, Arena Axé Moi, Barramares and Barraca do Gaúcho, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.


There are 2 ways to get there: the BR 367 taking the north shore or the ring road that already leaves in the Altos de Taperapuan neighborhood. 6 km from the airport and 5 km from the bus station.

The house was spacious enough for all of us. The pool, although beautiful, was not very practical due to its shape. The humid climate caused the linens to smell musty as if they had been left sitting in the washer for a long time. In the house description, it mentioned a dryer, but we realized it was missing from the property. We were unaware of the mosquitoes, so our first night was troublesome, and we suggest bringing repellents. Marcelo, the host, was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our time and loved the location!
