This technological solution allows you to open your property for reservations on several vacation rental sites in an integrated way without having to close the other calendars of other sites, preventing overbooking, in addition to managing accounts payable and receivable within the system where you will have your access.
This happens because of the automatic synchronization or caused by the information edited by us, such as: rates, types of charges, availability in the calendar and reservations on several platforms simultaneously, because on our website we use a reservation engine, ensuring that the availability of rooms is always updated on the external sites where we connect, where guests look to make reservations, such as online travel agencies called OTAs, which are: Airbnb, Booking and VRBO.

There is an annual activation and maintenance fee at the time of contracting to pay for the services of: displacement, editing, content, consultation, dissemination on social networks and implementation in the system. The activation cost does not include photographic material.
ANNUAL activation and maintenance fee
Activation/reactivation fee for annual lease: R$349.00.
Basic plan: 13% for the sale of vacation rentals: creation and management of advertisements, management of the booking calendar, smart pricing, communication with the guest, support for the owner.
Advanced plan: 25% property management: Basic Plan Services; check-in and check-out monitoring, highlighted on the first page of the website; Laundry management (bed, table and bath); conference of household items when made available through packing list and checklist provided by the owner, maintenance management; cleaning management “(material and labor costs are not included)”.

NOTE:
As a suggestion, photographic material should be updated at least once a year, two months before the start of the season or when you make significant changes to the property.
For the preparation of videos for instagram, meta and WhatsApp between 59 seconds to 2 minutes extra fee of R$300 and must be requested in the same period of the photos.
